Who knew that sledding could be so fun? Before I met the airboard, I didn't like sledding, and now I LOVE it. It makes sledding 100 times better. The reason these little sleds are so sweet is because they are fast and they have great cushion, which equals a fun and smooth ride. This round of sledding was mostly about going off the jump. Also I can't let it pass without giving a shout out to two of my bro-in-laws, first to Jeff who took these great pics, and second to Greg who let us use his airboards free of charge.
My first attempt at the jump. I made sure to look at the camera, which may have caused the result seen in the second picture.

The failed landing.

Chunk #2 looking as adorable as ever. (That's not what we call her but what her mom calls her)

Check out Laurita's eyes.

Mikey concentrating on getting some air.

Me getting a little air.

El Jefe getting some good air, but unfortunately his height was hindering his flight.

Chunk #1 was brave enough to try the jump.

Love my hair in this pic.

Mike looking unsure about the forthcoming landing.

Here I am erupting from a cloud of snow.

My daredevil husband going with the risky no knee maneuver.

My favorite part of the sledding experience begins here, where we tried to jump from one airboard to another. From this picture you would think Mike is going to make it.

But here you can see the end result.

Here is Laura and the Chunks building a snow fort, I wish I could remember the name of said fort, but I can't, so let's just call it "The Ice Palace."

Here is my best attempt at the stunt airboard jump, I love how graceful I look.

Here is my even more graceful landing.

Laura once again giving the freaky eyes.
